Ofsted & Latest Results

“Pupils make good progress because teaching is typically good, and some teaching is outstanding.” (Ofsted 2014)

“Reading remains a strength” (OFSTED 2018)

You can see our most recent Ofsted/SIAMS report below, followed by KS2 SATs results and general school performance. Pupil progress in Reading, Writing, and Maths can be found on the sidebar of this page.

Our aim at Christ Church is to provide a safe and enjoyable place for everyone to learn. We feel that this ethos results in confident, lifelong learners who Ofsted says are “thoughtful, extremely well mannered and considerate towards others. They are very proud of their school” (quote taken from Ofsted’s 2014 report).

Have Your Say With Parent View

Parent View has been set up by OFSTED to give parents and carers the chance to say what they think about their child’s school. Users will also be able to see what others have said about Christ Church before comparing the results with any school in England. The site does this by asking for your opinion on 12 different aspects of school life, ranging from the quality of teaching to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour. The information you provide will then be used by OFSTED when making a decision about which schools to inspect and at what time.

By sharing your view, you will be helping our school to improve. We would therefore be most grateful if you could spare the time to complete a survey on Parent View’s website. Click on the link below to do so.

Please note that this survey is not designed to receive complaints about a school. If you wish to make a complaint or have serious concerns, don’t hesitate to contact Christ Church directly. Alternatively, a copy of our Complaints Policy can be found by clicking on this link.
